Sashiko Needles

Sashiko is is a form of decorative reinforcement stitching (or functional embroidery) from Japan. Today this traditional technique is commonly used in mending and patchwork.

This flexible assortment includes eight needles: 2 sharp needles, 2 short darners needles, and 4 embroidery-on-linen needles in two sizes. Sashiko needles are long so that several stitches can be worked at once.
