Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow up to two days to process your order (most orders are processed the day they are received). Orders placed when our storefront is closed will be fulfilled the subsequent day when we are open. 

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily during business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping

We ship to the US and Canada through the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard rate shipping for orders over $150.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all items purchased in-store and online, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If shipping your return, we will issue a return shipping label, however the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at moonspunwool@gmail.com or at our storefront. 

If your shipped return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping damages and issues

Please inspect your shipped order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

In-store purchases will be refunded when returned to the storefront.

For returned shipped items, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
