Grid Gambit Cowl

Grid Gambit is a cowl worked flat beginning at one corner, shaped with increases and decreases, and seamed after blocking. The cowl features an allover mosaic pattern, built-in I-cord edges, and an I-cord bind off.   

This class will meet for three sessions:

Session One: Thursday, October 22nd  5:30pm-7:30pm

Session Two: Thursday, October 29th  5:30pm-7:30pm

Session Three: Thursday, November 5th  5:30pm-7:30pm

Prerequisites: Students must be able to knit and purl confidently and know basic increasing and decreasing stitches. 

Materials to bring: 

•  Grid Gambit pattern, by Samantha Guerin (available on Ravelry)
• 24" US 7 circular needles
• DK weight yarn in two colors:
  • 246 yards MC
  • 200 yards color changing or contrasting solid 

Skills you will learn:

• Mosaic knitting techniques
• How to read a chart
• I-cord bind off
• Blocking your project

Refund and Cancellation Policy: There are no class refunds. If you need to cancel, we are happy to extend your payment to the next available class or offer in-store credit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled class in order for payment to transfer. If class minimum is not met, students will be notified via email of class cancellation and refunded the course fee.

3-8 participants, ages 16 and up. Participants get a 10% discount on class materials purchased at Moonspun Wool.
